About the Role

Our client, a progressive digital marketing agency based in Southampton , Hampshire, is searching for a highly analytical and strategic Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for their diverse client base. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced SEO strategies, conducting in-depth technical audits, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization to significantly improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including technical SEO, content optimization, and link-building initiatives.

• Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to inform content creation and optimization efforts.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and various SEO platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
• Proven track record of successfully improving organic search rankings and traffic for websites.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, off-page strategies, and local SEO.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, comfortable in a hybrid work setting in Southampton .
