Senior Service Designer - Public Sector Transformation Lead

Sanderson Government and Defence is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead service design workstreams for public sector programmes. You will shape innovative, user-centred services and own design outputs from discovery to delivery.

You will mentor teammates, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including user researchers, UX designers and delivery managers, and contribute to business development while applying Government Digital Service standards and inclusive design principles.
