Senior Site Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee civil engineering works in and around Oxford . This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects on-site, managing quality control, and coordinating with various teams. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical and logistical management of site activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all civil engineering activities on construction sites.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain project schedules.
• Conduct site surveys, set-outs, and quality checks as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or civil construction management.
