About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth skin analysis consultations to identify client concerns and goals.
• Perform a variety of advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other non-invasive skin rejuvenation procedures.
• Develop and implement personalised treatment and home-care plans for clients based on their specific skin needs.
• Educate clients on skincare ingredients, product usage, and lifestyle factors that impact skin health.
• Maintain detailed client records and track progress throughout their treatment journey.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in skincare science, treatments, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Skincare or Beauty Therapy (e.g., Level 4 or higher).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Skin Specialist or equivalent advanced skincare practitioner.
• In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, conditions, and treatment modalities.
• Proficiency with various skincare equipment and technologies.
• Excellent communication, diagnostic, and client management skills.
