Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media & E-commerce Specialist to join their fully remote team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing advanced social media strategies that directly contribute to the growth and success of our e-commerce business. You will leverage your expertise to drive engagement, optimize online sales funnels, and pioneer innovative approaches in the digital space, working independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement high-level social media strategies aligned with overarching e-commerce objectives.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms to maximize ROI and customer acquisition.
• Create compelling and on-brand content, including copy, visuals, and video, for various social channels.
• Analyze social media performance, website analytics, and sales data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Lead community management efforts, fostering brand advocacy and positive customer interactions.
• Stay at the forefront of social media and e-commerce trends, identifying new opportunities and technologies for competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in social media management, with a strong emphasis on e-commerce growth.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful paid social media campaigns with measurable results.
• Expertise in social media analytics tools, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, customer journey mapping, and conversion rate optimization.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills for a remote setting.
• Experience with content creation tools and basic graphic design is highly desirable.
