You will be responsible for managing all social media channels, creating compelling content, monitoring trends, and analyzing performance to optimize campaigns. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content (text, images, video) tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement opportunities.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, fostering community interaction.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing online communities.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
