About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and brand objectives.
• Manage and grow all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video posts, tailored for each platform.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and relevant industry news to identify opportunities.
• Analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of growing engaged communities.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media advertising and content creation best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong copywriting abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
