About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to elevate their brand presence across all social platforms from their Liverpool office. This role demands a deep understanding of social media trends, community engagement, and paid social advertising to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies, managing content calendars, analyzing performance metrics, and fostering a vibrant online community around our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging, high-quality content, including visuals, videos, and written posts.
• Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for ROI.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and customer service opportunities, engaging with the community proactively.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management , with a proven ability to grow engaged communities and deliver measurable results.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in creating visually appealing content and basic video editing skills.
• Strong understanding of paid social advertising and campaign management.
