Key Responsibilities

- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience sentiment to identify new opportunities and potential risks.

- Collaborate closely with content creators, marketing teams, and product specialists to ensure brand consistency and message resonance.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in social media strategy and management, preferably in a senior capacity.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Expertise in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite Analytics, native platform insights) and interpreting complex data.
- Exceptional understanding of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and audience behaviors.
- Strong strategic thinking, creative problem-solving abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a fully remote setting and managing projects across different time zones is highly desirable.
