Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, long-term social media strategies that support overall marketing and business goals.
- Lead the ideation, creation, and implementation of innovative social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Conduct in-depth audience analysis, market research, and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Oversee social media advertising budgets, optimize campaign performance, and ensure maximum ROI.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for social media success, and regularly report on performance to senior leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior social media team members and cross-functional partners on best practices and strategic approaches in a remote environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in social media strategy, digital marketing, or communications, with a strong emphasis on strategic development and execution.
