Senior Software Developer - API Integration

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable API integrations between diverse software systems and platforms.

• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and thoroughly tested code using languages such as Python , Node.js, or Java.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to API connectivity, data transformation, and system performance.
• Contribute to the architecture and design of integration solutions, focusing on reliability, scalability, and security.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development , with a specific focus on API development and integration.
• Strong proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python , Node.js, Java, C#).
• Deep understanding of RESTful API design principles, authentication methods, and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Experience with integration patterns, message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work independently in a remote environment, and strong communication skills.
