Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record of 5+ years in professional software development, with a strong emphasis on backend or full-stack development.
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript, and associated frameworks.
- Deep understanding of database technologies, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and debug complex systems in the Aberdeen tech landscape.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
