Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of complex software systems and features, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, production-ready code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go, and experience with relevant frameworks.
- Demonstrated experience with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and system architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to debug and resolve complex issues effectively.
