Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex software features using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested code , ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers, throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and promote knowledge sharing within the engineering department.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning for key product initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development , with a strong emphasis on backend systems.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or Go , and experience with relevant frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL), caching mechanisms, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
