Key Responsibilities

• Perform a diverse range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body wraps, and exfoliation therapies.
• Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their needs and tailor treatments for optimal results.
• Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, sanitation, and presentation in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Mentor and guide junior spa therapists, providing ongoing training and support.
• Manage appointment schedules and maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
• Stay current with industry best practices, new treatments, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapies, or equivalent (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, IHBC).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a qualified Spa Therapist .
• Proficiency in a variety of massage techniques and advanced facial treatments.
• Excellent understanding of skincare, body treatments, and wellness principles.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and maintain a calm, professional demeanour.
