Key Responsibilities

• Perform a comprehensive range of spa treatments, including advanced facials, body wraps, scrubs, massage, and waxing.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to tailor treatments to individual needs and preferences.
• Uphold and exceed the spa's exacting standards for service quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Assist in the training and development of junior spa therapists, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Promote spa services and retail products, offering personalized recommendations to clients.
• Maintain client records accurately and ensure treatment rooms are impeccably maintained.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Beauty Therapy or Spa Therapy.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Spa Therapist , with demonstrable experience in advanced treatments.
• Expertise in various facial techniques, massage modalities, and body therapies.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• A professional and polished demeanor, with a passion for the wellness industry.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and some evenings, as needed by the spa’s operational requirements.
