Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, exfoliations, and beauty services.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, and any contraindications for treatments.
• Provide expert recommendations on spa services and skincare products to enhance client well-being and achieve desired results.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, spa facilities, and equipment.
• Uphold the spa's reputation for excellence in service, professionalism, and client care within the Plymouth area.
• Stay updated on the latest spa industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Holistic Therapies, Beauty Therapy, or Massage Therapy (e.g., ITEC, VTCT).
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Spa Therapist.
• Proficiency in a broad range of spa treatments, with a focus on relaxation and therapeutic modalities.
• Strong knowledge of aromatherapy, hydrotherapy, and various skincare ingredients.
