Key Responsibilities

Lead the structural design process for complex civil engineering projects, including bridges, buildings, and infrastructure.
Perform advanced structural analysis, modeling, and assessment using state-of-the-art software.
Develop innovative design solutions that optimize materials, cost, and performance.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to present designs and ensure project alignment.
Conduct quality assurance reviews of structural designs and technical documentation.

Requirements

Master's degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
Over 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design and project management.
Expertise in relevant structural analysis and design software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, SAP2000).
Deep understanding of seismic design, wind engineering, and advanced materials.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Strong leadership and communication skills suitable for a remote team environment.
