Senior Subsea Engineer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and specify subsea equipment, including Christmas trees , manifolds, pipelines, and umbilical systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of subsea facilities, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform structural and integrity analysis of subsea components and systems using advanced simulation tools.
• Develop and manage maintenance strategies and integrity management plans for subsea assets.
• Provide technical support for offshore operations and troubleshooting of subsea equipment failures.
• Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Naval Architecture, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in subsea engineering , with a strong focus on offshore operations.
• Proven ability to manage subsea projects and interfaces with other disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and best practices (e.g., API, DNV).
• Experience with subsea system design software and analytical tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, adept at remote collaboration.
