Senior Subsea Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly accomplished Senior Subsea Project Manager to lead critical offshore energy projects from a remote capacity. This position is essential for driving the successful execution of complex subsea developments, managing all aspects from initiation through to completion, handover, and closeout. You will be responsible for project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety, ensuring all objectives are met with precision and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major subsea projects within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, WBS, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting costs, and implementing cost control measures.
• Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant industry standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate multi-disciplinary project teams, fostering collaboration and effective communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Marine, Civil) or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management , with at least 5 years focused specifically on subsea projects in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale subsea development projects.
• Strong understanding of subsea engineering principles, fabrication, installation, and commissioning.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
