You will integrate diverse subsurface data, utilize advanced modelling software, and provide key insights to guide field development and resource assessment. Key Responsibilities

• Develop integrated subsurface models, incorporating geological, geophysical, and engineering data.
• Perform static and dynamic reservoir modelling, including grid generation, property population, and uncertainty analysis.
• Utilize advanced geological and reservoir simulation software (e.g., Petrel, Eclipse, Nexus).
• Collaborate closely with geologists, geophysicists, and reservoir engineers to ensure model accuracy and relevance.
• Validate model results against historical production data and update models as new information becomes available.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visualizations detailing model interpretations and their implications for field development.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Geology, Geophysics, Petroleum Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in subsurface modelling, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Extensive experience with leading subsurface modelling software packages.
• Strong understanding of reservoir engineering principles, sedimentology, and structural geology.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
