Senior Systems Engineer

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to provide technical leadership across complex engineering projects within a highly regulated environment.

You’ll act as a technical focal point, owning systems engineering delivery while providing technical assurance, solving complex engineering problems and mentoring other engineers.

What You’ll Need

• Strong experience as a Systems Engineer within complex engineering projects

• Experience across requirements management, systems architecture, interfaces and systems integration

• Strong background in verification, validation and acceptance

• Experience with DOORS, Jama, SysML, UML or equivalent

• Confident leading technical/design reviews and assurance activities

• Strong understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes and engineering governance

• Ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines and engage with clients, suppliers and project teams

• Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring

Desirable: Nuclear or highly regulated industry experience, SC/DV clearance, CEng/IEng, INCOSE certification and MBSE experience
