You will act as a key partner to clients, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies and managing complex recruitment mandates in a dynamic, remote-first landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for diverse and challenging roles, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber passive and active candidates.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to ensure optimal fit.
• Provide consultative advice to clients on market intelligence, compensation trends, and effective recruitment practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a consultancy or agency setting.
• Proven success in managing complex recruitment projects and delivering exceptional results.
• Expertise in utilizing a wide range of sourcing tools, platforms, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a demanding workload in a fully remote environment.
• Proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
