Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a remote setting.
- Proven success in sourcing and attracting candidates for niche or hard-to-fill roles.
- Strong understanding of employer branding and candidate marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with ATS systems and various recruitment technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
