Key Responsibilities

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability for various roles.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of requisitions across different job functions.
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate engagement techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential.
• Ability to work effectively in both a remote and office-based setting.
