Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to meet client hiring needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a strong emphasis on senior-level placements.

• Expertise in using various ATS, CRM, and sourcing platforms.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, effective in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of the Northern Ireland and wider UK employment markets.
