About the Role
Our client is expanding its talent acquisition function and seeks a proactive Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their entirely remote team. This role is critical in driving the recruitment strategy for key positions across the organization, ensuring the attraction and hiring of exceptional talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and manage the end-to-end recruitment process in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote-first environment. Your expertise will be vital in building a strong talent pipeline and enhancing the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening, interviewing, and assessment processes to ensure high-quality hires.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build interview panels, and guide them through the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize recruitment technology and data analytics to track key metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent pool development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting top-tier talent, especially for specialized roles.
- Expertise in using various recruitment tools, social media platforms, and ATS systems.
- Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities, adept at remote collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
