Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for key client accounts, managing multiple high-priority roles simultaneously.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
• Conduct in-depth candidate assessments and provide insightful feedback to clients.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
• Analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clients on their talent acquisition needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in recruitment consultancy.
• Demonstrated success in placing candidates in challenging roles and managing senior-level client relationships.
• Expertise in advanced sourcing techniques, including market mapping and competitor analysis.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
• A strategic mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a hybrid work environment.
