Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify talent pools and key competitor insights.
• Utilize a wide array of sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche platforms.
• Screen and assess potential candidates through initial outreach and brief interviews.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to refine search criteria and engagement approaches.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar recruitment sourcing role, with at least 3 years of experience.
• Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques and leveraging social media for sourcing.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
• Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Strong research skills and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a hybrid team structure in Plymouth .
