About the Role
Our client, a forward-thinking international consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Accountant to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with UK tax legislation.
- Provide expert advice on various tax matters, including corporation tax, VAT, and international tax.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies on behalf of clients.
- Support the tax team with ongoing projects and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Qualified Tax Advisor (CTA) or Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA) with a specialization in taxation.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate tax, indirect tax, or international tax.
- In-depth knowledge of UK tax laws and a strong understanding of international tax principles.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines effectively, and communicate complex tax issues clearly.
