Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain art pipelines, tools, and scripts to improve efficiency and asset integration.
• Optimize 3D models, textures, and shaders for performance and memory budgets across target platforms.
• Collaborate with engineers and artists to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
• Create and implement complex shaders, materials, and lighting setups within game engines .
• Provide technical support and training to the art team, ensuring best practices are followed.

Requirements

• Substantial professional experience as a Technical Artist in the games industry, with a portfolio showcasing technical solutions and optimized art assets.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, MEL) and experience with game engines like Unreal Engine or Unity.
• Strong understanding of 3D art fundamentals, shaders, rendering pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Experience developing and integrating tools for art asset creation and management.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
