About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and visionary Senior Telecoms Network Architect to lead the design and evolution of their nationwide network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall telecom network architecture strategy and roadmap.
• Design high-level and low-level network solutions for new services and upgrades.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and vendors to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Ensure network designs meet performance, security, availability, and cost-effectiveness requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to network engineering and operations teams.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to align network capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in telecom network design and architecture, covering areas like IP networking, MPLS, SD-WAN, and mobile core technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of network protocols, standards, and vendor equipment.
• Proven ability to lead complex architectural projects and influence technical direction.
• Strong understanding of cloud networking, virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
