Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the overall architectural vision and strategy for the telecommunications network.
• Design complex network solutions, encompassing routing, switching, security, and wireless technologies.
• Evaluate new technologies and industry trends, recommending appropriate solutions for adoption.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business units to translate requirements into architectural designs.
• Create detailed technical specifications, diagrams, and documentation for network architectures.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineering teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in network architecture and design within the telecommunications sector.
• Deep expertise in IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and SD-WAN.
• Strong knowledge of network security principles, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with cloud networking concepts and technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Relevant advanced certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are highly desirable.
