About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of high-level telecom network architectures , ensuring scalability, resilience, and security.
• Translate business objectives and requirements into actionable technical strategies and designs.
• Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies, platforms, and solutions to enhance capabilities.
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to network engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure alignment on network strategy and implementation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in telecom network design and architecture, with a deep understanding of modern networking principles.
• Expert knowledge of IP networking, routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, SD-WAN, and cloud networking.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex, large-scale network solutions.
• Experience with network security architectures and best practices.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing technical direction.
