Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy complex telecommunications network solutions, including IP networking , routing, and switching.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for network incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Develop and implement network security policies and procedures to protect against threats and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute network upgrades and expansion projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on network best practices and emerging technologies.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in telecommunications and network engineering.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom network engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and VLANs .
• Experience with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python for network automation is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
