About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, configuration, and management of core telecoms network infrastructure , including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Develop and implement network strategies to enhance performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of network performance data to identify bottlenecks and areas for optimization.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex network incidents.
• Mentor and guide junior network engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in telecommunications technology and recommend strategic upgrades.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in telecoms network engineering or a related field.
• Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), MPLS, VPNs, and network security principles.
• Proficiency with network monitoring and analysis tools.
• Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale network projects and deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.
