Senior Telecoms Project Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Telecoms Project Manager to lead critical projects within their operations based in Belfast . This role is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects from initiation to completion. You will manage project scope, budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring projects meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of project management methodologies and the telecommunications industry, working collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve project success and drive business objectives forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for telecommunications infrastructure projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budgets, resource allocation, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and conduct post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager , with a significant track record in the telecommunications sector.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
