Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, and wireframes to understand and define user needs.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design feasibility and brand consistency.
• Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analysis.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the evolution of our design system and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Demonstrated experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and interpreting user feedback.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , interaction design, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience working within an Agile development environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
