Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, advocating for the end-user experience.
• Create engaging and intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on accessibility and performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• In-depth understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and information architecture .
• Experience with front-end development principles and how design translates into code.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• A degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
