Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic creative team in Aberdeen . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user flows.
• Develop and maintain design systems , style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs and a seamless user experience.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and innovation.
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles , interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with web and mobile development processes and technologies.
