Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and innovative Senior UI/UX Designer to join their remote team. You will be instrumental in crafting exceptional user experiences and visually appealing interfaces for our suite of digital products. This role involves leading the design process from concept to execution, conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. The ideal candidate is passionate about user-centered design, possesses a strong portfolio, and excels at collaborating with cross-functional teams in a distributed work environment to deliver intuitive and engaging digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create detailed wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
• Champion user-centered design principles and advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, crucial for remote work.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
