Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and user-focused Senior UI/UX Designer to join their innovative team in Brighton . You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences for a variety of digital products within the entertainment industry . This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and artists to craft seamless user journeys that delight our players and users.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for games and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, persona development, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for interfaces and user flows.
• Develop and maintain UI style guides, ensuring consistency across all products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, playtesting, and data analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer , preferably in the games or interactive media industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI design, UX strategy, and interaction design.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with game engines or interactive development environments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
