Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design vision for their digital products in Brighton . Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze feedback to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate effectively with product management and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and successful implementation.
• Advocate for user needs and champion best practices in UI/UX design.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact.
• Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
