Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and user-centric Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dedicated team in Bristol . You will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces and seamless user experiences across their diverse range of entertainment products. This role requires a deep understanding of user psychology, interaction design principles, and a passion for creating elegant solutions to complex design problems. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and artists to ensure our client's offerings are not only functional but also enjoyable and accessible to a global audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for applications, games, and digital platforms.
• Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Develop and maintain UI style guides and design systems to ensure consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide necessary assets.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring an optimal user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design , with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
