Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications.

• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into effective design solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and technologies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital product design.
• Expertise in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable design insights.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
• Experience designing for cross-platform applications (web, mobile).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, essential for working with teams in Bristol .
