Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct thorough user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define user needs, translate business requirements into intuitive user interfaces, and create compelling user journeys.
• Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency and efficient design workflows.
• Mentor and provide design guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning within the team.
• Advocate for the user throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring that all design decisions are user-centric and data-driven.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex digital product design.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles, usability best practices, and interaction design.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design concepts effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
