Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic, fully remote team. You will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface design for a range of digital products, from concept through to execution. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into intuitive and visually engaging interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI assets.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide ongoing design support.
• Present and articulate design concepts and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall growth and strategy of the design team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong focus on digital product design.
• Proven experience in leading design projects and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of high-quality UI/UX design work.
