Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic digital team. This is a fully remote, position where you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience of cutting-edge digital products. You'll work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex user needs into intuitive and visually stunning interfaces. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and prototyping of user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems and style guides to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and provide design support throughout the development lifecycle.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders, articulating design decisions based on user data and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven track record with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex digital products.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user feedback.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile technologies, including responsive design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote team environment.
