About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their dynamic team in Leicester . This role is pivotal in shaping the user experience and visual design of our digital products, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys and compelling interfaces, driving innovation and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, product strategy, and design requirements.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design systems, style guides, and component libraries to ensure brand consistency and efficient workflow.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design thinking and best practices within the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to diverse audiences.
