Senior UI/UX Designer

About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for shaping the user experience and visual design of their innovative digital products. You will be responsible for transforming complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that delight customers. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, you will drive the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a consistent and engaging user journey across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for new features and products, from initial concept and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, including usability testing and persona development, to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using industry-standard tools.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and meet business requirements.
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
• Present design concepts and rationale effectively to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions for web and mobile applications.
• Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user research methodologies, interaction design principles, and visual design aesthetics.
• Experience designing for responsive and accessible interfaces.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user needs and business goals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills in a remote setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
